These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Starnix Cloud platform and services available at https://starnix.in and its associated subdomains.
By accessing or using Starnix Cloud, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
Starnix Cloud is operated by Ayush Ghosal, an individual based in India.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Access to certain features requires a registered account.
Users may register using supported authentication providers such as Google. Additional providers may be added in the future.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it.
Starnix Cloud reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Starnix Cloud provides infrastructure and platform services for deploying and hosting applications.
Services may be added, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
Users are solely responsible for all content, applications, and services deployed on the platform.
You agree not to use the platform for:
Violations may result in suspension or termination.
Users may deploy applications from external repositories such as GitHub.
Users retain ownership of their code and content.
Starnix Cloud does not claim ownership of user applications or repositories.
By using the platform, you grant permission to access, clone, and process repositories solely for deployment and infrastructure purposes.
Certain services require payment.
Services are billed on a monthly basis with manual renewal. No automatic recurring billing is performed.
Payments are processed via Razorpay. Starnix Cloud does not store card or banking details.
Users must provide accurate billing information.
Services are billed for a fixed period as specified at the time of purchase. Renewal functionality may be introduced in the future.
The platform is provided on a best-effort basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.
Downtime may occur due to maintenance or technical issues.
Starnix Cloud is not liable for losses due to service interruptions.
Users are responsible for maintaining backups of their data and applications.
No guarantee is provided for data recovery.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for:
Access to services may be revoked immediately upon termination.
In cases of abuse or violation of these Terms, no refunds will be provided.
Platform software and branding remain the property of the operator.
Users retain ownership of their content and applications.
Services are provided "as is" and "as available".
The operator is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the platform.
These Terms may be updated periodically.
Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Jurisdiction lies with courts in Kolkata and Howrah, West Bengal.
