This Refund Policy describes the terms under which payments made for services provided by Starnix Cloud may be refunded.
Starnix Cloud is operated by Ayush Ghosal.
By purchasing services on Starnix Cloud, you agree to this Refund Policy.
Services are billed on a monthly basis with manual renewal. No automatic recurring billing or auto-debit is performed.
All payments are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway.
Starnix Cloud does not store or process card or banking details.
Due to the nature of digital infrastructure services, payments are non-refundable once the service has been provisioned, except in the cases listed below.
Once a service such as hosting or deployment infrastructure has been activated, it is considered delivered.
Refund requests are subject to verification and approval.
To request a refund, users must provide:
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method.
Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the provider.
Users may choose not to renew services after the billing period ends.
No refunds are provided for unused time within an active billing period.
This policy may be updated periodically.
